From easily scheduling to the end of the cleaning experience, I really appreciated the quality and customer service I received from the staff. Ernestina and Hilda did a great job doing a very deep clean on my 90+ year old parents' 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment, which hadn't had a deep clean in 2 years. The accumulated dust was terrible and the ladies pulled furniture back from the walls, completely cleaned under desks, scrubbed the bathrooms (super clean!), dusted the many blinds, all the floorboards, found lost items, and were so personable. The apartment smelled terrific. Even my 92 year old Dad complimented the outcome (and he was wondering why we even needed the service - so high praise indeed). Ecomaids is a wonderful house cleaning company! So easy and friendly to work with! There is always someone to speak with on the phone regarding scheduling, and Shiri is incredibly responsive in emails. Our team consisted of Ernestina and Hilda - they are lovely ladies and work efficiently, quickly, and pay attention to details. They are so cheerful and work really well as a team! We have a larger home, and within one visit, the gals got to know the ins and outs of cleaning it. They were very respectful of the items in our home and did not break anything, and left things in their place. I also LOVE their products; our home smelled lovely when they left. I just want to say how wonderful Roxana and Sandra were and what an excellent job they did. I was honestly going to cancel because I have a pitbull, but they were so flexible and understanding. I was able to put my dog in a room while they worked, and everything went smoothly. I finished my treatment a few months ago and recently experienced a miscarriage, so cleaning felt completely impossible for me. These ladies truly came through when I needed it most, and I am so incredibly grateful. Their pricing is also very reasonable — I was quoted $300–$400 by others for a 1-bedroom, and I only needed my bathroom, living room, and kitchen done. I had Ecomaids come out to do a deep clean after a 15 months of my family cleaning ourselves. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats and 5 humans. Our house needed help! Rami was responsive to my phone calls and set something up within a few days. His team worked hard to remove the dust, pet hair and dirt that had gotten everywhere even with our efforts to “clean.” His team worked while we were home doing distance learning or working from home and it was comfortable having them around. Their attention to detail was great. The floorboards and door frames were clean and they used a very efficient vacuum that really removed pet hair. Wow!!! Ecomaids did an incredible job on our single-family Victorian. We'd been living here for 3 years and decided to treat ourselves to a deep cleaning. They were easy and communicative to schedule with, transparent on pricing, showed up on time and cleaned the absolute heck out of our house. They got all the nooks and crannies, dusted around our many knick-knacks, made the insides of our windows sparkle, and made our bathroom and vintage stove look cleaner than when we moved in! The eco friendly products were a big selling point for us - they did use a little bit of bleach for a couple tough spots but asked our permission first. It's a pleasure to be in such a clean house and we will definitely have them back. ~ Nina S

Ecomaids has/have been cleaning my house every two weeks for over a year and a half. I’ve had serious back pain issues and have a very hard time doing any cleaning. Rami, the owner has been easy to work with; on the few times I’ve had questions or concerns about something, he has listened and followed up promptly to resolve those concerns. The house cleaners that have come to our home have always done a good job. They are responsible and careful when they’re here. When I have a scheduling change I need to make, Ecomaids staff has been quick to get back to me and has given me choices for rescheduling I can easily work with. Gabby, Karla and Raquel were amazing! They arrived early and were so accommodating and friendly from the very beginning. They came to deep clean my father’s home, which had not been professionally cleaned in a while and everything looks so great! They listened to all the details I told them about - making sure to put everything back in place. The house is so clean now! And they were all a delight to work with. Can’t wait to have them back. Marisela & Reina have been wonderful cleaners in our 3 bedroom townhome for over a year. They are prompt and polite and easily adaptable, willing to take direction on where to start first. It is more on the pricey side, but it is more than worth it for peace of mind and a sparkling home. They do a wonderful job every single time! The administration is very responsive, the times that we have needed to move a cleaning they have been accommodating. I appreciate the online platform which is clear, easy to use and great to follow up on upcoming appointments. I also like knowing who is in my home and they do their best to stick with the same cleaners. In the past we have used several other cleaning companies unsuccessfully and Ecomaids does not even compare. Here’s what she wants me to say on her behalf “I recently had Elsy over last Saturday morning to clean my apartment. Elsy did a great job cleaning the bathroom and especially the shower tub. She also did a fantastic job vacuuming the carpet and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom floors. The mirror got wiped down flawlessly. And overall, the apartment is so much more comfortable and clean. Ecomaids came to the rescue after my injury. I broke my knee several weeks ago and have been hobbling around on crutches with my house turning into a disaster area. I called Ecomaids and Rami (a local dad who owns the franchise) sent a team out and they whipped my house into shape. Every time they come they do some extra thing and my house has never looked better. I love that they use environmentally friendly products that are better for the planet and for all of us. I could not recommend Ecomaids more. I've been hiring the same team for the past 6 months now and I am so incredibly thankful for Karla, Lucia and Marissa. I first hired them when I was newly pregnant and they've been with us throughout the entire pregnancy, which has been truly life-changing during these times. They're always here on time and they leave the house in perfect shape; a huge plus for the fact that they leave everything they move in the exact same place, which I hadn't experienced with any other cleaning team in the past. I used Ecomaids for 8 months before leaving the area and cannot recommend them highly enough! The cleaning staff was excellent and extremely thorough. They were also always friendly and on-time. The office administrator and owner are also great! I love that they used safe and healthy products too, that was very important to me with a dog and baby. I could not believe how spotless they always made my dirty kitchen! They always worked with me on my specific needs, such as a recurrent issue I had with sticky floors. Couldn't be happier. Fairly priced and they were efficient. I hired ecomaids for a move-out clean up. The quoted price was good but when the team arrived and said they will be done in 2 hours I figured that's probably why the price was reasonable. As such, I was not expecting much. However, by the end of the 2 hours everything was done better than I expected, and they even went above and beyond and cleaned a couple of things I said I will take care of myself. This one time job showed me how fairly priced and efficient ecomaids are. I will definitely going to be a recurring customer. ~ Hossam I

Cindy and Yasmara were fantastic, professional, and thorough! First time having maids come to my home- (I have a friend who is allergic to dogs visiting my home which has a puppy) and they exceeded my expectations. I did my best to pre-clean my home so they could focus on the details that I usually miss (cabinet doors, detail in floors, etc. The Ecomaids team let me know that they were running a bit behind schedule early in the day, so I was able to work around their arrival. I live in a two bedroom apartment that has not been cleaned in a year. The bathroom was covered in mold and mildew and the rest of the apartment was filthy. In just two hours after two very hard working people cleaned it looked brand new!!! They cleaned everywhere, and I mean everywhere, not a spot of dirt, dust, mold or mildew was left. Greatly appreciate the efficiency and diligence, have not sane choice but to have them come back, most likely every month, why wait to live in a clean apartment. ~ Steve L

Can’t speak highly enough of Ecomaids as a company and Marisela, Melissa and Yosmara who did an amazing job on our place. They went above and beyond to wipe down kitchen cabinets, baseboards and ceiling light fixtures in addition to their regular service. Several times like this Marisela has gone above and beyond in prior service visits as well. The team who cleans our house varies, and everyone has been friendly. Alicia always asks which room she should start with, in case we have specific needs that day. Sometimes her coworker is Elsie, sometimes someone else. Alicia always arrives with a smile! Communication with the office and scheduling is very easy. Billing is online and I appreciate the email letting me know when my account has been charged. I also receive text reminders about my appointments - very helpful! ~ Leah R
